Job Summary: We are seeking an SAP Master Data Analyst to administer, maintain, and ensure the quality of master information in SAP, contributing to data operations and governance. Participate in catalog and master data improvement projects At **Farmacias del Dr. Simi**, we are looking for an **SAP Master Data Analyst**, whose primary challenge will be to administer, maintain, and ensure the quality of master information in SAP, thereby supporting the correct operation of business processes and compliance with the company's data governance standards. ### **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Manage the creation, modification, blocking, and deletion of master records in SAP. * Administer and maintain corporate catalogs associated with **materials, customers, vendors, plants, and storage locations**. * Maintain classifications, hierarchies, and attributes associated with master data. * Review and validate requests for creation or modification of information according to established policies and procedures. * Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of data recorded in SAP. * Identify and correct duplicate records or inconsistencies in the information. * Execute periodic data quality controls and reviews. * Prepare reports and metrics related to master data quality and management. * Support users from various company departments, such as **Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Finance**. * Participate in projects related to standardization, cleansing, and improvement of catalogs and master data. ### **What are we looking for?** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Logistics, Information Technology**, or related fields. * **2–5 years of experience** in master data administration. * Experience creating and maintaining materials or articles in SAP. * Experience in analyzing, reviewing, and cleansing information. * Experience or participation in data catalog migration, standardization, or improvement projects. ### **Technical Requirements** * **SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA**. * Experience with transactions related to the creation and maintenance of **materials, customers, vendors, and plants**. * Knowledge of material structures, attributes, and classification. * **Intermediate or advanced Excel**. * Desired experience in data governance and data quality processes. ### **What competencies are we seeking?** * High attention to detail. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Process-oriented and organized mindset. * Ability to organize and manage priorities. * Effective communication across different business areas. * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. ### **Join our team!** If you have experience in **SAP and master data administration**, and seek professional growth within a dynamic and continuously expanding company, apply now!
