Evaluation of new technologies and chemical products **Job Description** ---------------------- Control unit processes at wastewater treatment plants to ensure continuity and quality. 1\. Issue daily chemical dosage instructions for application across various wastewater treatment processes. 2\. Implement special treatment instructions in response to quality deterioration events (e.g., bulking control at Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs), and other quality deterioration events). 3\. Determine optimal dosages of reagents used in water purification processes. 4\. Review and analyze technical data from various wastewater treatment plants on a daily basis. 5\. Fulfill operational department requirements by conducting process analyses and providing technical support. 6\. Perform on-site monitoring of process variables across different stages at wastewater treatment plants. 7\. Develop process balances, operating instructions, and operational improvement proposals for both water and sludge/biogas lines. 8\. Provide technical assistance to wastewater treatment process operations and related activities for problem resolution, prevention, and optimization. 9\. Manage the Non-Conformance Procedure (NCP) established for WWTPs according to the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). 10\. Develop process control instructions for WWTPs. 11\. Report results of assignments and task completion continuously and in accordance with standard timelines, requesting managerial support when necessary. 12\. Install and commission online process control equipment across various process lines. 13\. Study and evaluate new chemical products used in various processes. 14\. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of this position by management. 15\. Prepare Quality Incident Reports. 16\. Report technical visits to various plants. 17\. Monitor regulatory and internal monitoring and analysis plans. 18\. Promptly report any anomalies or quality losses. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * CIVIL ENGINEERING OR EXECUTION DEGREE: CHEMICAL, BIOCHEMICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS * MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROJECTS OR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN WASTEWATER, SANITARY, OR HYDRAULIC TREATMENT * CLASS B DRIVER’S LICENSE (MANDATORY).
