We are looking for someone like you, to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Carry out all types of support tasks for the Technical Office Management. * Coordinate with the Concessionaire’s Conservation, Maintenance, and Operations departments to record, track, and update work orders related to road infrastructure. * Generate Work Orders for findings and/or anomalies detected on road infrastructure, as well as for conservation activities defined by the Concession Company. * Monitor Work Orders and related tasks, subsequently recording them in the Concessionaire’s systems. * Update and/or adjust conservation plans and programs for assets under concession, including scheduled maintenance and service-level-based conservation as established in the Concession Contract. * Provide information to the Concession Company’s BIM Unit regarding data recorded in the BIM platform, adjustments or modifications to conservation plans and programs, and concession inventory. * Field support for monitoring interferences, condition surveys of elements, preparation of technical meeting minutes as required, and assistance in tasks related to the technical office. * Participate monthly in coordination meetings with the BIM Unit. **We are seeking a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Civil Constructor, Construction Engineer, Construction Technician, Technical Draftsperson, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in road infrastructure or related projects. * OFFICE 360 (advanced) * AUTOCAD (intermediate) * BIM software proficiency * SharePoint (intermediate) * Class B driver's license **What do we offer?:** * Social benefits. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle initiatives. * Being part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
