We seek professionals with experience in aircraft structures, sheet metal, structural assembly, drilling, riveting, fastener installation, and blueprint reading. Selected candidates may be considered for current and future opportunities, based on their experience and program requirements, to work legally in the United States. **What We Offer:*** Competitive salary in U.S. dollars. * Overtime opportunities, depending on the program. * Long-term aerospace projects. * Professional growth opportunities. * Benefits available per assignment terms. * Transportation support from Chile to the United States. * Employee referral program. * Support with the work visa or authorization application process for selected candidates. **Key Responsibilities:*** Assemble and install aircraft structural components. * Perform drilling, reaming, countersinking, and riveting operations. * Install and remove rivets, screws, bolts, Hi\-Loks, CherryMAX, and other aerospace fasteners. * Work with aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and composite structures, as assigned. * Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and technical instructions. * Perform structural adjustments, repairs, modifications, and rework. * Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measuring equipment. * Verify tolerances, alignment, spacing, and quality of finished work. * Accurately document completed work. * Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Minimum Requirements:*** Prior experience in aircraft structures, sheet metal, structural assembly, or aircraft manufacturing. * Experience performing drilling, countersinking, reaming, and riveting. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Experience using hand and pneumatic tools. * Knowledge of fasteners and common aerospace manufacturing practices. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work safely in a production environment. * Willingness to relocate and work in the United States. * Availability to work various shifts, overtime, and weekends as required by the program. **Physical Requirements:** The candidate must possess the physical capability to perform essential job functions:* Stand for extended periods. * Lift and move materials or tools weighing up to 23 kilograms, as assigned. * Climb ladders and work from platforms. * Bend, kneel, reach, and work in confined spaces. * Perform repetitive motions with hands and arms. * Use required personal protective equipment. **Work Authorization and Immigration Process:** Work will be performed in the United States.
