Opportunity to become part of a growing international company **About the Role** --------------------- At **Enertis Applus\+**, we are seeking a **Professional HSEQ (Temporary Coverage)** to join our Renewables team in **Chile**, reporting directly to the **HSEQ Manager**. We seek a **Occupational Health and Safety Specialist** with experience in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects, who will play a key role in supervising field activities and implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, corporate, and contractual requirements. This is a **temporary position**, intended to cover an absence, with a primarily operational focus and approximately **50% fieldwork commitment**. **️ What Will You Do?** ----------------------- Your main responsibilities will include: * Conduct periodic visits to projects and work sites to verify compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. * Carry out HSEQ inspections, preventive observations, and follow-up on operational controls in the field. * Manage company and personnel accreditations on various client platforms. * Advise and support Engineering, Consulting, Testing, and Operations teams during fieldwork execution. * Participate in risk identification and assessment, proposing preventive actions and improvement opportunities. * Investigate incidents, accidents, deviations, and non-conformities, following up on corrective actions. * Coordinate business activities with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. * Manage inductions, training, provision of PPE, and personnel documentation requirements. * Prepare periodic HSEQ reports, indicators, and project/directorial reports. * Support internal audits, external audits, client inspections, and certification processes. * Ensure compliance with Enertis Applus\+ corporate procedures and the Integrated Management System. **What Are We Looking For?** -------------------------- We seek talent—not perfection.
