The selected candidate will assist in carpentry, plumbing, painting, ceramic tiling, and work at heights, safely using manual and electric tools (grinders, drills, multimeters, among others). Main Responsibilities ? Perform tasks under strict safety standards, using PPE and maintaining order and cleanliness in intervened areas. ? Receive and verify the daily work plan with the Master or Supervisor. ? Carry out basic carpentry, surface painting, ceramic tile repair, and support in welding lightweight metal structures. ? Perform plastering, ceramic setting, and paint finishing. ? Report promptly on missing materials or tools. ? Assist in deep cleaning or area clearance tasks. ? Participate in coordination meetings and training sessions. Requirements ? Completed secondary education (courses or certifications preferred). ? Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. ? Availability to undergo a physical occupational height examination. ? Experience as a master in real estate post\-sales is desirable. Valued Skills ? Proactivity ? Manual and technical dexterity ?
