Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in designing, developing, and integrating systems, capable of proposing solutions and independently managing technology projects. Full Stack development using .NET technologies **Full Stack Developer | Replacement | Project Management** *We seek a Full Stack Developer with experience in system design, development, and integration, capable of gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and autonomously executing technology projects while collaborating with various organizational departments.* ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze requirements and design technological solutions aligned with business needs. * Develop Full Stack applications using .NET technologies. * Design database structures, layouts, integrations, and access controls. * Manage technology projects, coordinating requirements, timelines, resources, risks, and costs. * Provide support for information systems, ensuring operational continuity. * Identify opportunities for improvement in technological systems and processes. * Manage platform integrations and track ongoing development projects. * Prepare progress reports and KPIs for various departments. * Collaborate with managers and internal clients to ensure project objectives are met. * Participate in future technology projects from inception through implementation. ### **✅ Requirements:** * Degree in **Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, Systems Engineering**, or a related field. * Minimum **4 years of experience** as a **Full Stack Developer**. * Experience in requirements analysis, design, and development of technological solutions. * Experience developing with **C\#, VB.NET, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core**. * Proficiency in **SQL Server**, stored procedures, and query optimization. * Knowledge of **Visual Studio**, **Git**, **TFS or Azure DevOps**. * Experience with integrations via **REST/SOAP APIs**, **webMethods**, or similar technologies. * Knowledge of **CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap**. * Desired: proficiency in **Power BI**, **Power Automate**, and/or **Power Apps**. * Strong planning and analytical skills, teamwork orientation, results-driven mindset, and ability to coordinate projects across multiple departments. * High autonomy, rapid learning ability, capacity to work under pressure, frustration tolerance, and assertive communication. ### **Employment Conditions:** * Fixed-term replacement contract, estimated duration of **3 months**. * Net monthly salary of **$2\.100\.000**, negotiable based on experience. * On-site working hours: **Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:30 hrs**, and **Friday, 08:30–14:30 hrs**. * Meal card with an approximate daily value of **$8\.652**. * Work location: **Providencia**, with company-provided transportation to the **Quilicura** branch when required. **We invite you to apply!**
