Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents. Manage tickets and track requests via the support platform. Implement improvements in support processes and technical documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs). Apply ITIL 4 principles in incident, problem, and change management. Profile Requirements Technical or professional education in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate IT support. ITIL 4 certification (mandatory). Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, LAN/WAN networks, and management tools.
