Responsibilities: • Provide assistance, functional support, and issue resolution to users regarding incidents associated with data and applications, contributing to their proper functioning and alignment with business processes, as well as to the continuous improvement of technological tools. Requirements: • University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analyst, and/or Programmer • Advanced Excel and SQL Server knowledge (mandatory). • Desirable programming language knowledge (C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, .Net) • Desirable knowledge of Zendesk or incident management platforms.
