We are seeking a professional to join the **Cloud** team as a **Monitoring and Networking Engineer**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and operate technological infrastructure and networking platforms. * Manage, analyze, and coordinate the response to alerts, events, and incidents. * Perform advanced troubleshooting of IP networks and associated services. * Prepare operational reports and metric analyses. * Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives for monitoring. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field (minimum 8 semesters). * **Cisco CCNP Enterprise certification (mandatory)**. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in operating monitoring platforms, NOC, or incident management in critical environments. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in operating and troubleshooting IP networks. * Experience with WAN technologies (MPLS, VPN), QoS, and traffic analysis (NetFlow/IPFIX). * Experience in configuring and administering load balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler, Cisco ACE/GSS or similar). * Knowledge of ITIL processes, alert management, and incident management. * Proficiency with ITSM and monitoring tools. **Desirable:** * **ITIL v4 Foundation** or higher certification. * Experience or training with tools such as: Zabbix, NNM, Nagios, SCOM, OEM, CACTI, NTOP, vCenter, Azure, Intune, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ThousandEyes, NetBackup OpsCenter, AKCP, and NetBotz. * Participation in automation and continuous improvement projects. **Why Choose Accenture?** **A Unique Workplace—Discover Some Benefits We Offer You:** Career Development Flexible Working Hours \+50,000 trainings and courses available (online and in-person) Libraries, books, and podcasts ️Language Program * Free certifications through our partners! \+900 Reinventors certified in Chile GenAI Academy, with exclusive programs for Accenture.
