Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Officer to manage workplace safety for a company specializing in the installation and repair of structured cabling networks in industrial and office environments. Works in industrial and office environments A growing company dedicated to the installation and repair of structured cabling networks in industrial and office environments is seeking to hire an Occupational Health and Safety Officer. Main responsibilities include: \- Managing worker documentation (via web-based management platforms). \- Coordinating with client companies regarding documentation management for both companies and workers. \- Supervising fieldwork. \- Evaluating safe work procedures jointly with the technical department. \- Attending monthly contractor meetings. \- Delivering safety talks to workers as required by the client company. \- Coordinating with the Workers' Compensation Mutual Fund (Mutual de Seguridad). \- Controlling and managing the delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to workers. \- Disseminating information to workers. \- Developing safe work procedures. \- Meeting established deadlines for document submission. \- Team size: 20 people. Requirements: \- Registration with the Regional Ministry of Health (Seremi de Salud) \- Preferably experience working in industrial environments. \- Minimum two years of formal education. \- Organized \- Minimum two years of verifiable experience. \- Preferably experience in the telecommunications sector. \- Capable of working independently and as part of a team. \- Proficiency in Windows and web-based documentation management systems. \- Knowledge of Law 16.744: Workers' Compensation Insurance for Occupational Accidents and Diseases. ‑ Law 20.123: Subcontracting Law. ‑ Law 20.949: Law Regulating Maximum Load Weight. ‑ Supreme Decree No. 594: On Basic Sanitary and Environmental Conditions in the Workplace. Offered: \- Monthly salary of $650,000 for the first months; upon transition to an indefinite-term contract, $700,000 net per month. \- Meal allowance included. \- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
