What Are the Main Responsibilities? * Answer customer calls on the 600 hotline to resolve administrative and technical issues online. * Efficiently and effectively address our customers’ requests. * Advise on the use and configuration of mobile applications. Who Are We Looking For? * The ideal candidate is dynamic, flexible, highly customer-oriented, and committed to following procedures. * You must be available to attend a paid in-person training session lasting one and a half weeks, Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30 hours. * This is an in-office position at our offices located in Las Condes, one and a half blocks from the El Golf metro station. * Working hours are Monday through Sunday (5x2 and 6x1\) for 30 hours distributed within a schedule ranging from 14:00 to 02:00 hours.
