Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with experience in Java and React to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical technological solutions in the financial sector, with a focus on quality and security. We seek a Senior Full Stack Developer with solid experience in Java and React, capable of actively participating in the design, development, and maintenance of highly critical technological solutions for the financial sector. The role requires a strong focus on quality, security, best practices, and the ability to work in regulated environments. Experience in IT Governance will be considered a plus. Main Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Full Stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React. Build and document REST APIs following corporate standards. Implement scalable microservices-based architectures. Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, security, and quality standards. Analyze and resolve complex incidents in production and non-production environments. Collaborate with QA, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure proper product delivery. Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives), contributing technical insights. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Participate in Governance activities, software lifecycle quality control, and regulatory compliance. Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) Backend (Java) Java 11\+ / Java 17 Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud JPA / Hibernate REST API handling and documentation (Swagger / OpenAPI) Design patterns (factory, strategy, builder, etc.) Microservices architecture Knowledge of concurrency, performance, and JVM tuning Frontend (React) React 17\+ or 18\+ React Hooks (useEffect, useMemo, useCallback) Redux, Zustand or React Query TypeScript (valued) Testing with Jest / React Testing Library Building scalable interfaces and reusable components DevOps CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitLab CI) Docker Kubernetes GitFlow or trunk\-based development proficiency Observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk) Databases Advanced SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) Security and Banking OWASP Top 10 OAuth2, JWT, IAM.
