So people can live as they imagine — both at work and at home. We are looking for an **Automation \+ AI Analyst** to join our team. Your mission will be to identify automation opportunities across the company’s operational processes and implement AI-based solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and optimize operations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Map and document operational processes across various departments (collections, administration, treasury, sales, operations, contracts). * Identify repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, and manual workflows that can be optimized via automation or artificial intelligence. * Prioritize automation opportunities based on impact and feasibility, proposing an implementation roadmap. * Design and implement automations using no\-code/low\-code tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, or others) to connect internal systems. * Integrate artificial intelligence models into operational processes for tasks such as document summarization, query classification, and information extraction. * Build internal assistants or agents (e.g., on Slack, WhatsApp, or web) to enable platform data queries or support team management. * Implement transcription, document analysis, and automated report generation solutions. * Train teams on automation and AI tools, promoting adoption and autonomy in process improvement. * Document automations and create internal usage guides. * Evaluate new AI tools, models, and solutions that could add business value, and keep leadership updated on relevant advancements. ### **What Do You Need to Apply?** * 2\+ years of hands-on experience building automations or AI solutions in a professional or freelance setting * Portfolio or demonstrable examples of implemented automations and their impact * Solid understanding of how LLMs work, including their capabilities and limitations * Sufficient English proficiency to consume technical documentation and stay current with the ecosystem * Professional degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields (desirable but not mandatory if experience compensates) * Experience in property management, real estate, or B2B services (desirable) * Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack APIs, or CRM tools (desirable) * Experience with RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (desirable) * Familiarity with audio transcription (e.g., Whisper, Assembly AI) and multimodal analysis (desirable) * Experience with process analysis (e.g., process mining, BPMN, value stream mapping) (desirable) ### **What We Offer** * A dynamic environment with an innovative, continuously learning team. * Benefits including extra vacation days, supplementary health insurance co-payment, annual IPC-based salary adjustment, company performance bonus, and more. ### **️ Internal Candidate Requirements** * Minimum one year in current position. * Must demonstrate strong performance and KPI achievement (meeting or exceeding expectations). * Cannot be transferred to a lower-paying position. * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with CV attached and target position stated in the subject line.
