Focused on safety and cleanliness **METALWORKING WORKSHOP ASSISTANT** Elemont Ltda., a company dedicated to the manufacturing, installation, modernization, and maintenance of elevators and freight lifts, is currently seeking a Metalworking Workshop Assistant to join our team. Main Responsibilities * Grinding and cleaning of metal structures. * Surface preparation for painting. * Application of paint on manufactured metal components. * Cutting of metal profiles using cutting tools. * Operation of circular saw for wood. * Operation of pedestal drill and hand drill. * Safe and efficient use of angle grinder. * General support in manufacturing and assembly tasks. * Basic verification of dimensions and finishes. * Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Compliance with company safety procedures and instructions. Job Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a metalworking workshop assistant, welding assistant, or similar position. * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools. * Ability to work in a team. * Proactivity and willingness to learn new tasks. * Responsibility and commitment to work. * Health compatible with workshop activities. Offered Salary * Approx. $630\.000 net. Working Hours * Monday and Tuesday: 08:15 to 18:00 hours. * Wednesday to Friday: 08:15 to 17:00 hours. * 42-hour weekly schedule. Work Location * Santa Adela N°9540, Maipú, Metropolitan Region.
