Job Summary: We are seeking a Backoffice and Portability Executive for the banking sector, responsible for handling requests, account administration, and financial portability processes. Work Mode: On-site. • Net salary: $680\.000\.\- • Contract: Fixed-term, with the option to transition to indefinite based on performance. • Working hours Monday to Friday (not subject to choice): 08:30–18:30 hrs. with 60 min lunch break; 08:00–17:30 hrs. with 30 min lunch break; 09:00–18:30 hrs. with 30 min lunch break. • Lunch: Meal voucher. • Bonus: Option for a quarterly bonus of CLP 100,000. Main Responsibilities: • Handle customer and/or responsible executive inquiries regarding clarifications of credits and debits for both checking accounts and credit cards, providing clear, complete, and well-founded responses. • Process requests for copies of documents, licenses, and Cash supporting evidence by downloading information from relevant platforms and ensuring proper traceability. • Manage enabling, disabling, and modifications of internet access, contracts, services, and profile settings for both Individual and Corporate clients. • Issue Guarantee Certificate and Validity Certificate documents using predefined tools and macros. • Support processing of prosecutorial requests, including data or document submissions under ordinary official correspondence and summary confidentiality requirements. • Process new client requests via financial portability requirements in Salesforce. • Process Liquidation Certificate requests for portability exits through the Redbanc portal. • Accurately complete and update master spreadsheets for portability-related inflows and outflows. • Generate and track portability requests through the Redbanc portal, coordinating with involved departments. Requirements: • Education: Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. • Experience: 1 YEAR in the banking sector performing administrative tasks (bank backoffice area). • Intermediate or basic Excel proficiency.
