Explore a world of possibilities—and become part of our team! **Job Objective:** Deliver comprehensive service across dining, reception, bar, and shop operations—attending to our travelers’ needs and meticulously managing every detail of their experience, minute by minute. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform front- and back-of-house tasks across dining, reception, bar, and shop operations in accordance with Explora standards and traveler needs. Respond to traveler requests and complaints, coordinating with other departments as necessary. Warmly welcome travelers and assign rooms following check-in. Handle area contingencies according to established protocols. Application Requirements Professional degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory). Minimum one year of experience in the hospitality industry. Knowledge of Opera software (desirable). At Explora, we build together!
