(May extend to similar projects). The site is situated in the high Andes at 4,500 meters above sea level. Candidates must have 10 years of experience in similar roles. Strong technical knowledge of geothermal drilling or the Oil & Gas sector is required. Project duration: 36 months. Work schedule may be continuous 24 hours per day, 7 days per week ("24/7 operations") or 12 hours per day, 7 days per week. **Requirements** Job Objectives: Manage, supervise, and execute the workover project of the geothermal wells at Cerro Pabellón Geothermal Power Plant, ensuring compliance with the project schedule, objectives, cost budget, and quality and safety standards. Report regularly and coordinate with the Company Man and the Operation and Maintenance team of Cerro Pabellón Geothermal Plant to ensure safe, effective, and efficient execution of operations. 1\) Education: a) Intermediate or higher-level technical education. b) Intermediate written and spoken English proficiency is required. c) Strong technical knowledge of geothermal drilling or the Oil & Gas sector. 2\) Experience: a) Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar positions. b) Knowledge of preventive and corrective actions for potential operational issues such as (but not limited to): well blowouts, H2S leaks, circulation problems, stuck drilling tools, hazards during testing, etc. 3\) Skills: a) Leadership. b) Teamwork. c) Achievement motivation. d) Methodical. e) Proactive. f) Interpersonal skills. g) Ability to work under pressure. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Prepare and conduct pre-commissioning tests of the drilling unit, ensuring proper operation. 2\. Coordinate and supervise field activities according to the workover program, in full coordination with the Company Man and the Geothermal Chile O\&M team (Operations, Maintenance, HS, and MA). 3\. Execute and update the work permit plan in coordination with the Geothermal Chile O\&M team (Operations, Maintenance, HS, and MA) and the Drilling Supervisor, ensuring proper equipment isolation procedures (Disconnection - De-energizer - Lock Out - Tag Out) for both Cerro Pabellón plant equipment and GDN-owned drilling units. 4\. Ensure at all times that all activities are conducted safely and that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly. 5\. Maintain constant communication with the Geothermal Chile O\&M team (Operations, Maintenance, HS, and MA) and the Company Man, providing regular updates. 6\. Immediately report relevant events (safety, environmental, or technical) to the Company Man and the Geothermal Chile O\&M team (Operations, Maintenance, HS, and MA), keeping all information up to date. 7\. Timely inform and coordinate with the Geothermal Chile O\&M team (Operations, Maintenance, HS, and MA) any significant changes in workover operations, as well as activities that could affect normal O\&M operations at Cerro Pabellón power plant (e.g., fuel supply truck arrivals, waste removal, machinery movement outside designated and authorized areas for workover operations, etc.). 8\. Make immediate decisions in coordination with the Company Man regarding drilling operations to be performed on the well, providing contractors with all necessary instructions to continue drilling. 9\. Continuously coordinate and supervise subcontractors' work execution at the site. 10\. Coordinate and jointly prepare with rig personnel the receipt of materials. 11\. Prepare efficiency and progress reports for the workover project. 12\. Conduct coordination meetings with contractor companies to monitor technical execution and project progress regarding safety, time, deadlines, resources, and quality. 13\. Analyze causes of substandard conditions to formulate corrective actions. 14\. Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Officer to ensure personnel under supervision comply with established risk prevention, quality, and environmental plans. 15\. Apply and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and emergency procedures among all contractor companies and internal staff, in agreement with the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Officer. 16\. Ensure that personnel and vehicles from partner companies only travel through routes authorized by the Geothermal Chile O\&M team (Operations). 17\. Maintain order and cleanliness in the designated work area for the workover activities. 18\. Provide the Company Man with information necessary for decision-making. 19\. Communicate and coordinate with the Company Man and the Geothermal Chile O\&M team (Operations, Maintenance, HS, and MA) the execution of final tests, ensuring normal operation of the intervened well. **Additional Information** Work Location: Commune of Ollagüe, II Region of Antofagasta, 4,500 m.a.s.l.
