The required service consists of operating the unloading of sulfuric acid trucks on the platform, EW vessel and TK Demonstration Plant within the division's facilities, along with administration and minor maintenance services for the acid unloading platform. The contracted scope is results-based and not merely a resource contracting; therefore, the Contractor must consider as part of its scope the execution of all activities and works necessary to fully and faithfully complete the assignment in a timely manner, even if they are not explicitly stated in this document. Shift: 4x3 Zone: Calama, Region II Duration: 36 months **Requirements** Responsibilities: Perform work properly in all aspects, adopting necessary controls and control measures (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment - IPER) defined by the Corporation and those defined from the contractor's own experience. "Structural Procedure Risk Management SGR\-P\-006" * Approve the Occupational Health and Safety Program. * Implement and monitor the RESSO and SIGO established by the Corporation. * Implement and monitor the monthly activity program (PAM) via the ZYGHT platform for all supervised personnel. * Promptly adopt actions in response to findings or deviations identified under RESSO. * Facilitate and maintain continuous documentation supporting RESSO and SIGO compliance. * Deliver the Work Program to the Contract Administrator. * Provide the Area Owner and/or Contract Administrator with field risk programs and controls for activities performed by contracted companies, specifically: * Specific task procedures. * Specific controls for special situations. * Certification of specific competencies for critical positions. * Receive the work area and communicate (through the Contract Administrator to Codelco's Area Owner) any relevant changes or deviations in assessed risks compared to the area's condition at handover, suspending work if such significant deviations endanger worker safety and health. Suspension must remain in effect until Codelco's Area Owner instructs otherwise. * Maintain the received work area clean and safe, ensuring the safety and health of all workers under their responsibility. * Immediately report to the Contract Administrator any workplace accidents and/or diagnosed or resolved occupational diseases and/or environmental incidents occurring under the responsibility of their service. * Participate in investigations of accidents, environmental incidents, and occupational diseases arising during the course of their contract. **Additional Information** Work Location: Calama, Region II Shift System: 4x3
