Schedule raw materials to be used in on-site production processes. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices during preparation and distribution of on-site food products. Evaluate the gastronomic quality of on-site food preparations. Supervise and verify compliance with indicators defined by Sodexo. · Requirements Residence between Iquique and Coquimbo. Completed Higher Technical Education. Minimum 3 years of experience in the role. 4 years of experience in mining. Experience working at high geographic altitudes.
