We are looking for a **SERVICE ASSISTANT.** If you are a passionate individual with high standards focused on cleanliness, with strong service spirit and customer orientation. **Responsibilities** * Clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen utensils, facilities, and cafeteria equipment. * Stock condiment containers, sugar dispensers, napkin holders, dressings, tea, coffee, pears (water, soup, and milk), juice machines, bread, etc. * Prepare the serving line by supplying all necessary utensils for serving diners; additionally, replenish these utensils and lunch containers on the line with the required frequency and speed. * Serve diners at the line promptly, attending to their requests, portioning dishes according to established weights, and assembling them according to a model. * Use work utensils correctly: equipment in your work area, cleaning and disinfecting products. * Transport tray carts, collect trays, and clear plates, removing all residues found on these utensils. * Wash and dry dishes, glassware, cutlery, and trays, ensuring no food residue remains. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area throughout your shift. * Perform other related tasks as required by current needs and supervisor's discretion, collaborating with the entire cafeteria team. **Requirements** * Desired completed secondary education. * Previous experience in this role or similar positions is desirable. * Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment. * Availability to work 10x10 shifts. * Health compatible with the position. **Minimum Experience** 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles within companies or food service operations. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Continuous learning and training opportunities. * On-site meals. * Compensation fund. ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile's top global food service companies.
