Supervise and audit facilities to verify regulatory compliance. **Position:** Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist **Location:** Holding Grupo Firma **Reports To:** Head of People Department / General Management **Position Objective** ---------------------- Ensure occupational safety and health across the various business lines of Holding Grupo Firma, ensuring compliance with current regulations and promoting a culture of occupational risk prevention. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Risk Prevention Management:** * Develop, implement, and update internal safety and hygiene protocols for each business area of the holding. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations regarding occupational risk prevention. * Identify and assess risks in various processes and work areas, proposing corrective and preventive measures. * **Training and Education:** * Design and update mandatory safety and risk prevention training courses for each position. * Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for workers and supervisors. * Conduct safety inductions for new staff and periodic refresher sessions for active personnel. * **Provision and Management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):** * Manage procurement, distribution, and replenishment of PPE according to the needs of each area. * Ensure proper use of PPE by workers. * Perform periodic inspections on the condition and usage of PPE. * **Supervision and Auditing:** * Conduct regular facility inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations. * Maintain an up-to-date record of incidents, accidents, and implemented corrective actions. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to risk prevention. * **Management of Safety Supplies and Resources:** * Update safety supply inventory for each business line. * Manage procurement of critical safety supplies for risk prevention. * Monitor the budget allocated for occupational safety and health. * **Coordination with External Entities:** * Manage relationships with regulatory bodies such as Mutual de Seguridad or IST. * Represent the company in matters related to occupational safety. * Implement emergency and evacuation plans jointly with competent authorities. **Position Requirements** ------------------------ * **Education:** Technical or Engineering degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Occupational Safety, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably in companies with multiple business lines. * **Specific Knowledge:** Current occupational risk prevention legislation, occupational safety regulations, emergency protocol management, and first aid. * **Skills:** Teamwork, leadership, effective communication, analytical ability, and crisis management. **Position Conditions** ------------------------- * Working hours: Full-time. * Work location: Holding Grupo Firma offices, with visits to various business units. * Willingness to travel within the country as required.
