**FULL-TIME SOCIAL WORKER, PIE TEMUCO (1 vacancy)** **Social Work Professionals** ===================================================================================================== ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Organization:** Fundación Mi Casa **Economic Activity:** Other institutional care activities ### **DESCRIPTION** The specialized PIE Temuco Project requires a full-time replacement social worker (42 hours per week) who meets the following requirements: \-University-trained and certified Social Worker \-Minimum of 1 year’s experience in specialized programs of the National Specialized Protection Service (SPE), specifically in restoring rights violated due to high-complexity situations, such as abandonment, severe neglect, drug use, school dropout, and the worst forms of child labor, among others (experience in OPD and DAM is excluded). \-Training and/or experience working with children whose rights have been violated, family intervention, and network-based intervention. \-Training and/or experience in clinical and/or community intervention with children and adolescents, and family intervention. \-Proficiency in the SIS SPE platform (formerly SENAINFO). \-Experience in judicial settings, including attending hearings, coordinating with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Technical Advisory Services, preparing reports, or similar tasks. \-Training for intervention with adult caregivers and networks (e.g., parental competence assessment; development and strengthening of parental competencies; inter-team coordinated work within networks, etc.). \-Must demonstrate motivation for working with children, girls, adolescents, and their families; possess interpersonal skills to support teamwork and foster a respectful environment; and show openness to learning and innovation in applying the principles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. \-The professional is expected to demonstrate teamwork skills, professional ethics, and commitment.
