Join our team as a UX/UI Designer Requirements * At least 5 years of experience * Professional degree in Graphic Design focused on Web * Creative, analytical person with strong ability to communicate ideas and solutions, empathetic * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams * Understanding of business objectives and the ability to translate them into concrete, feasible, and user-centered solutions * Design using methodologies focused on user experience (UX) * User interface design (UI) * Design with Responsive and mobile-first approach * Knowledge of Front-end frameworks (Angular Material, Bootstrap, among others) * Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Media Query * Basic knowledge of JavaScript and/or jQuery * Respect for W3C standards, web usability and accessibility, inclusive language * Proven experience in at least 3 projects using the tools described above * At least 3 years of experience in developing wireframes, low and high fidelity prototypes * Experience working with agile methodologies Responsibilities * Design user interfaces for the institution's web applications (Mobile/Desktop) * Design user experiences for procedures to be developed across the institution's different platforms * Develop web prototypes for the institution's projects * Coordinate and conduct usability testing to validate that design proposals meet users' needs * Generate solutions following W3C standards, with special emphasis on web usability and accessibility * Ensure design proposals include the use of templates and defined style guides of the institution, application of web accessibility standards and basic regulations that must be complied with, especially in designs for the public sector Applications are open to people with disabilities under Law 21.015.
