A technology company is seeking a UI/UX Designer to work in Santiago. Job Objective: The candidate must possess creative skills and experience designing attractive and functional user interfaces. This person will be responsible for creating intuitive designs that enhance the user experience and meet DTPM objectives. Conditions: 1. Salary: To be agreed upon. 2. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:15 (hybrid schedule). 3. Workplace: Downtown Santiago. 4. Requirements: * A university degree in **Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design**, or a related field, with a minimum duration of eight semesters. * Proficiency in graphic design and prototyping tools, as well as a deep understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility. Experience implementing projects involving any of the following areas will be highly valued: 1) Agile methodologies: Knowledge and hands-on experience using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. 2) Mobile application design, demonstrated through practical work experience. 3) Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and style guides. 4) Experience applying usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and information architecture. 5) Experience with user-centered design and innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean UX, Service Design).
