Key challenges: Lead the project analysts team and ensure timely delivery. Supervise development of technical proposals and quotations. Manage and monitor the project pipeline. Maintain active relationships with designers, architects, and real estate developers. Participate in commercial and product innovation initiatives. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Office software (Excel, Outlook, Power BI): Intermediate level (Mandatory) * SAP and Revit knowledge is desirable. * Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC systems. * Degree in HVAC Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with HVAC knowledge. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing projects. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
