A nationally recognized company—with regional presence—and a leader in technological solutions and cybersecurity services is seeking a **MOC Monitoring Agent (Financial Sector)** for its Observability team (Technical Superior Degree in Computer Science, Networks, Computing, or related field) to monitor critical events at the command center, detect and escalate exception conditions to ensure operational continuity for clients (Financial Sector). Reports to the Monitoring Operations Center (MOC) Team Leader. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles as a Monitoring Agent in Banking (ideally), Retail, or Telecom. Familiarity with monitoring (observability) tools is desirable: Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk, WhatsUp Gold, SolarWinds, and Foglight. Knowledge of containers, cloud platforms, microservices, and mobile applications is also desirable. **Work schedule:** 7x24 rotating shift system (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts), meal vouchers and transportation allowances for night shifts. **Offered net monthly salary:** $700,000. **Work modality:** Hybrid (remote and on-site). **Contract type:** Indefinite-term. **Availability:** Immediate.
