Responsibilities: Plan, control, and manage logistical processes for onboarding, sorting, and cargo dispatch, as well as all related sub-processes (incidents, re-labeling, etc.). Responsible for supervising compliance with the company’s occupational risk prevention protocols and workers’ health protocols. Supervise adherence to operational procedures aimed at meeting KPIs and preventing loss or loss of traceability of parts. Monitor attendance and support HR management activities. Work Schedule: 42-hour workweek — Monday and Tuesday: Start at 3:00 PM, end at 12:00 AM; Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: Start at 4:00 PM, end at 12:00 AM; Saturday: Start at 1:00 PM, end at 6:30 PM, including a 30-minute break.
