**Position:** Project Manager IP **Location:** Chile – Santiago/ Head office and Anglo American site **Purpose:** Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the Project, guaranteeing compliance with customer committed services in administrative, financial, operational, and safety aspects of the contract. Ensures correct planning, execution, and control of the project, complying with its own regulations and those of DHL. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and allocate necessary resources for operational coverage in the supply chain. * Seek the best way to make a project operation profitable. * Develop procedures and protocols together with the quality, operations, and HSE departments. * Supervise and control the execution of operations in the field, port/airport, road, or project sites. * Continuously evaluate implemented processes to identify improvements or corrective actions. * Ensure suppliers have the required services and equipment and comply with DHL's internal regulations. * Comply with HSE guidelines and report incidents occurring during the process. * Take action on process failures by investigating and implementing improvements. * Ensure compliance with established deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Monitor financial results of shipments and ensure adherence to established budgets. **Requirements**: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Academic background: Engineer with specialization or equivalent experience. * English language proficiency: Advanced. * Advanced skills in MS Office tools. * Technical knowledge in logistics operations, transportation regulations, and rates related to logistics operations.
