At Salcobrand, we are seeking a Salesforce Email Marketing Designer and Developer to join our Marketing, E-commerce, Customer Strategy, and External Communications team. If you have a hybrid profile combining creativity and programming, this opportunity is for you! Your purpose will be to design, develop, and execute Email Marketing campaigns aimed at customer loyalty, integrating design, content, and technology. You will be responsible for creating effective, personalized, and strategically aligned digital communications that support Salcobrand’s marketing objectives. Key responsibilities: \- Design Email Marketing campaigns in Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, maintaining brand identity consistency. \- Program, publish, and execute campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Martech platforms. \- Develop responsive and functional HTML and CSS templates. \- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Design, and Technology teams on omnichannel strategies. \- Support the creation of materials for social media, email newsletters, and point-of-sale channels. \- Ensure proper data integration between Salesforce, CRM, e-commerce, and other platforms. Job requirements: \- Professional degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Engineering, or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer loyalty or CRM, preferably in retail or mass consumer markets. \- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD). \- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design. \- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
