The main mission is to correctly analyze, manage, and execute modifications to leasing contracts, applying external and internal regulations. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** Review and verify leasing contract configurations to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.Analyze, configure, and manage contract modifications.Analyze and issue prepayment calculations.Perform mathematical\-financial calculations.Generate metrics.Constant training to update knowledge and apply new leasing-related regulations and laws. **To succeed in this position, you need:** Academic background in Commercial Engineering or related field.Knowledge of leasing, including laws, external and internal regulations, tax aspects, and business configurations.Intermediate Excel skills.At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
