We are currently seeking a **Technical Engineering Supervisor**, whose primary responsibilities will include: * Leading the regional technical team, promoting competency development, autonomy, and technical excellence among engineers. * Providing multidisciplinary technical support for expansion, growth, productivity improvement, process reliability, and safety projects. * Prioritizing and allocating appropriate technical resources to support process teams, process safety, engineering, and project management teams in executing projects and technical support activities. * Supporting plant commissioning and execution of planned major maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity. * Actively participating in root cause analysis (RCA) related to equipment underperformance and unexpected failures, proposing effective solutions. * Providing technical support to operations and maintenance teams, facilitating problem resolution and promoting continuous improvement. * Fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and multicultural work environment. * Collaborating closely with regional technical leaders to optimize departmental demand execution.
