Opportunity for professional growth in the hospitality industry At Hotel Cumbres Lastarria, we are looking to welcome a responsible, committed, and service-oriented Breakfast Supervisor to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests. What will be your main challenge? To be responsible for breakfast preparation, setup, replenishment, and guest service—ensuring food quality, presentation, taste, and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards. Key Responsibilities: \-Prepare and cook foods designated for breakfast service. \-Set up and present breakfast preparations. \-Maintain adequate stock and orderly arrangement of the breakfast line during service. \-Supervise proper food presentation and quality. \-Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area. \-Strictly comply with hygiene, food handling, and food safety regulations. We are looking for candidates with: \-Technical or university degree in Gastronomy. (Mandatory) \-Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant breakfast service. (Mandatory) \-Intermediate English proficiency. (Desirable) \-Ability to work effectively in a team. \-Responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. \-Service orientation and attention to detail.
