Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to ensure operational continuity of mobile sites through contract administration and systems management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage operational continuity of mobile sites. 2. Administer infrastructure and systems contracts (SAP, Oracle). 3. Perform financial analysis and payment control related to contracts. ECR GROUP, a leader in Human Resources services, is currently looking for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer for a major telecommunications client, based in the Metropolitan Region. The role aims to ensure operational continuity of mobile sites through proper administration of infrastructure contracts, payment control, and associated systems management (SAP RE and Oracle), guaranteeing operational and accounting consistency as well as compliance with internal processes. Responsibilities: Manage operational continuity of mobile sites, ensuring proper execution of infrastructure contracts. Administer and configure contracts in SAP RE and Oracle systems, ensuring data consistency. Execute payment processes (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, HES), reconciliations, and accounting entries related to contracts. Conduct payment monitoring and reconciliation, validating invoices, compensations, and variances. Generate and manage payment schedules according to contractual terms. Analyze and control financial information related to contracts (rents, services, adjustments). Prepare management reports and KPI tracking, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring traceability and documentary evidence. Coordinate with infrastructure operators and internal departments to resolve incidents. Maintain updated databases and records in corporate systems. Requirements: Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial or Commercial Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in contract management, management control, real estate administration, or similar functions. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) and database proficiency. Knowledge of SAP and Oracle. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI). Understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial control. Desirable: Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure management.
