Job Description **Purpose:** Manage end-to-end contract administration to ensure compliance, performance, operational efficiency, and business value creation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with contractual obligations, service KPIs, and safety standards defined for each contract. * Analyze monthly contract financial execution, comparing actual vs. planned expenditure, identifying variances, and issuing early warnings. * Validate and approve Payment Certificates by verifying supporting documentation, completed milestones, and documentary traceability. * Coordinate with users and contractors on service planning and requirements to ensure operational continuity. * Identify and manage financial, operational, and contractual risks, promoting timely mitigation. * Resolve contractual claims by analyzing root causes and promoting corrective actions. * Manage contractual modifications (scope, timelines, costs) in accordance with current procedures and governance frameworks. * Monitor contractor performance through follow-up meetings, KPI analysis, and periodic reporting. * Facilitate communication among users, Supply Chain, Finance, and contractors to ensure alignment and operational fluidity. * Ensure contractual close-out processes, including final payments, release of guarantees, and documentary verification.
