Job Summary: We are seeking an RX Production Operator to perform operational tasks in the treatment, assembly, polishing, and cutting of lenses, ensuring quality and operational continuity. A company committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion **Your key responsibilities will include:** Operating and/or using all types of equipment in: Surface, HMC (HC and AR), tinting, and assembly. Performing tasks to ensure operational continuity. Inspecting lens color, diameter, defects, and quality, identifying the need for reprocessing or replacement. Complying with safety and risk prevention standards. What are we looking for? Completed secondary education. Technical training in optics, industrial processes, or related fields is desirable. To succeed in this position, we seek autonomous, self-motivated individuals capable of working with resilience, with at least two years of experience in similar roles within industrial processes, focused on results. Basic Optics, Production Techniques, and Basic PC Skills.
