Job Summary: We are seeking air conditioning and/or refrigeration technicians with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of VRF systems to perform maintenance tasks and identify problems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing maintenance on air conditioning equipment. 2. Identifying and resolving technical issues. 3. Collaborating and communicating effectively within the team. A company with over 20 years of experience in the air conditioning industry requires hiring technicians trained in air conditioning and/or VRF-type refrigeration (including wall-mounted split, central, ducted split, etc.), with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. The position’s objective is to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Technical Staff Profile: Qualified personnel trained in air conditioning and/or refrigeration, with no less than 4 years’ experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of VRF systems, holding technical or professional training. The technician’s responsibilities include the following: * Performing maintenance tasks on air conditioning equipment, including injection and extraction. * Identifying issues arising during assigned work through analysis, prioritization, and ranking of information. * Conducting routine tests and inspections on air conditioning systems, equipment, and installations; such tests and inspections must be documented. * Selecting and identifying materials, machinery, tools, consumables, measuring and control instruments, and personal protective equipment required for interventions in air conditioning installations—either independently performed or assisted—with criteria of quality and productivity. * Recommending innovations regarding materials, spare parts, and procedures to optimize air conditioning maintenance. * Reporting promptly on progress and/or developments during task execution. * Recording and reporting data generated during work execution (time, materials, spare parts, etc.) in work orders and respective forms. * Reporting job completion and the condition of the serviced equipment upon conclusion of maintenance activities. * Requesting preparation of work orders; collaborating with other departments or areas as required. * Complying with, and ensuring compliance with, policies, regulations, and other administrative provisions established by the facility’s management for its proper operation, as well as established Hygiene and Safety Standards. * Wearing the uniform assigned by the company. * Using necessary safety equipment to fulfill job responsibilities. * The resident technician’s profile must demonstrate a high level of soft skills due to direct interaction with facility staff. * Other duties assigned within the scope of their responsibilities by their immediate supervisor.
