Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and solution-oriented Operations Coordinator with leadership skills to supervise operational processes and teams, ensuring achievement of objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and supervise operational processes, ensuring proper team functionality and achievement of established objectives. **What are my responsibilities?** * On-site execution of activities agreed upon with the client, nationwide * Achieving client-defined objectives (Implementation KPIs – see Section V) * Immediately communicating any issues affecting execution or venue operations * Leading the implementation and regional teams * Direct interaction with regional service providers working for the client in various regions * Developing team capability and achieving high levels of motivation within implementation and regional teams * Conducting weekly coordination meetings with teams * Ensuring execution of the planning defined with each client where you are designated as responsible * Enhancing efficiency and connectivity in point-of-sale execution-related processes * Keeping the client informed about material quality and quantity * Ensuring proper use and management of company and client resources * Ensuring replacement plans for all events (vacations, medical leaves, etc.) with maximum urgency * Number of people reporting to you: approximately 15–50 * Ongoing communication with Replacement Agency Coordinators, Regional Sales Managers, and Regional Managers * Delivering compliance bonuses for installers so the Service Manager can validate them * Executing plans agreed upon with the Services Manager to address qualitative opportunities both collectively and individually (e.g., One-to-One sessions to set expectations, highlight strengths, and improve areas needing development; assessing workplace climate; gathering ideas from team members for implementation, etc.) * Executing backup and future responsibility plans within your team (e.g., vacation replacements, leave coverage) * Executing the annual training plan for your team—including regional staff (Sence + Internal)—ensuring 100% staff training completion * Executing role-based training plans * Ensuring all new employees commencing operations have completed and passed basic training * Evaluation of each installer. **Required Skills:** * Working under pressure * Discipline and organization * Opportunity identification * Leadership **NOTE** * Location dependency: Pudahuel commune, San Francisco Warehouses. * Office hours (Monday to Friday) ***If this profile matches you and you wish to join a committed, growing team, we invite you to apply!***
