Position Objective: Ensure the store operates efficiently, maintaining high levels of production, productivity, and quality in accordance with company standards, thereby achieving store-defined goals and guaranteeing a fast, seamless, and friendly customer experience. Responsibilities: Propose strategies to increase sales by identifying opportunities to improve store-specific sales performance. Monitor revenue and costs to promptly identify deviations and ensure achievement of store goals.
