* Generate kick-off with all stakeholders. * Primary point of contact for client communications related to the ongoing project * Develop overall project schedule and ensure its compliance * Communicate progress to the client * Responsible for identifying necessary resources for project execution and facilitating their acquisition * Generate local purchase requisitions when necessary and control all associated costs for execution, installation, start-up, commissioning (where applicable) * Coordinate general activities and establish deadlines and commitments * Coordinate efforts of various resources working on the project * Schedule and lead follow-up meetings, facilitate communication among project resources when needed to clarify doubts or address any issues necessary for project progress * Responsible for project document control. Responsible for obtaining client acceptance to enable invoicing and revenue recognition * Request invoicing and revenue recognition * Responsible for documenting, justifying, and implementing change controls * Schedule installation, start-up, and commissioning (if applicable) with client * Ensure everything on site is ready for start-up and commissioning by coordinating dates in advance with the service team * Follow up on back-office tasks, such as: tracking delivery dates and logistics for international purchases * Monitor creation and maintenance of sales order in system * Track invoicing and revenue recognition by finance once requested * Open billable lines for service activities * Deliver and keep updated information in the system regarding revenue projection for backlog management purposes, clearly reflecting from project registration the different activity lines in backlog Validate the beginning of equipment warranty * QUALIFICATIONS * Desirable experience of around 5 years in project areas or similar positions Preferred Qualifications: * Desirable experience of around 5 to 7 years in similar positions EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS * Desirable degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * No Special Physical Requirements ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS * Protective Equipment Required - according to the country's Security rules TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED * 25% \#LI\-TA1
