You will be part of a technical-commercial team, closely collaborating with sales, logistics, and support departments, actively participating in the development and continuous improvement of proposals for construction and infrastructure projects. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Develop technical proposals for standard and special projects, together with the sales team. * Read and interpret technical drawings for project development and quantity takeoffs. * Develop solutions tailored to specific customer and project requirements. * Support order and dispatch management in coordination with the sales department. * Maintain updated archives of technical projects. * Participate in safety, organization, and risk prevention activities. * Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the integrated management system. **What do we expect from you?** * Technical education: **Design Technician, Technical Draftsman, or Architectural Draftsman**. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a designer (ideally in formwork and scaffolding systems). * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** and intermediate level in Office. * Proven ability in **reading drawings and performing quantity takeoffs**. * Intermediate technical English is desirable. **Key competencies:** * Organization and planning * Analytical and prioritization skills * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure * Autonomy and responsibility * Interpersonal skills and customer orientation * Flexibility and frustration tolerance * Strong oral and written communication **Why take on this challenge?** You will have the opportunity to join a high-level technical team within an international leading company in construction solutions.
