Position Summary: Axity is seeking an Operations Agent/Analyst responsible for managing projects, access requirements (Create, Read, Update, Delete), and providing support to internal users in an inclusive environment. Support and manage internal user requests for account creation, deactivation, and modification (ABM). Implement operational procedures, report audit controls, and ABM process certifications. Provide user support for inquiries, assistance, or other operational tasks related to the area. Requirements * Mid-level experience in IT support, application support, advanced help desk, or functional/technical support roles. * Experience working with incident and request management tools. * User access and profile management (ideally following sound control and security practices). * Database knowledge (SQL at query/analysis level). * General understanding of IT architecture (layers, integrations, services, workflows). * Knowledge of or participation in projects (required). * Advanced Excel skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience. **We Offer:** Fixed-term contract, hybrid work model.
