Your goal will be to optimize customer experience, identify pain points, and support strategic decisions that drive continuous improvement in digital processes. Key Responsibilities **Manage customer data:** extract, maintain, and develop structures that enable deeper understanding of customer experiences on digital channels. Propose and support decisions for customer experience design teams through reporting and analysis. Identify opportunities to improve goal and KPI achievement. Create holistic reports for performance analysis of digital products. Prepare persuasive presentations to communicate findings and progress to different levels within the organization. **Requirements:** Degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Data Science.
