We are looking for a professional to join the Operations team initially on a temporary basis, with potential for permanence based on performance. The objective is to train the new team member and subsequently integrate them into the permanent staff. Requirements: Education in Computer Science, Computing, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in roles such as Platform Operator, Systems Operations, Monitoring, or similar positions. Basic English (reading and writing). Strong communication skills for direct interaction with clients. Availability to work under a rotating 24x7 shift schedule. Flexibility to attend the office in person according to shifts and training needs. Main Responsibilities: Execution, monitoring, and control of batch processes using tools provided by the client. Technical and executive escalation for process incidents. Control, execution, and storage of backups. Analysis and resolution of issues to ensure operational stability. Documentation of processes and procedures. Client support and request management. Working Conditions: Work Schedule: Rotating 24x7 shifts Morning: 08:00–16:00 Afternoon: 16:00–00:00 Night: 00:00–08:00 Net salary: $800,000 Work modality: Hybrid (at least 2 days per week onsite; increased onsite presence during training) Contract type: Initial 1-month contract, extendable to indefinite term based on performance. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma (Humanities/Technical track) years of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
