As a Sales Coordinator, you will drive sales growth by implementing strategic plans, building strong customer and distributor relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Support brand positioning through marketing initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Increase sell\-in and sell\-out volumes within your assigned territory. **What you'll do** * Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote product portfolios, prospect and grow customer and distributor networks, and ensure monthly sales targets are met for Consumer and/or Commercial lines. * Provide business proposals considering profitability for the company and customers. * Check the implementation of the trade policy and each dealer advertising, ensuring the use of resources such policies on actions generating sell in and sell out. * Research and analysis of competition in the assigned region (pricing information, business strategies, new products, trends, and promotions). * Coordination and implementation of marketing strategies with distributors to increase market share. * Coordinate the development of the sales force.
