




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Administrator for Dimerc to support the distribution and supply of office products, with responsibilities in auditing, inventory management, and administrative support. Today, we are supporting Dimerc, a Chilean company dedicated to the **distribution and supply of office, computing, security, cleaning, and cafeteria products** for businesses of all sizes in Chile and Peru; they are currently seeking a Quality Administrator **in Lampa, La Estera area.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Audit orders and sales invoices, identifying and correcting errors. * Execute physical inventories at VPC locations, picking areas, and holding company premises. * Audit national and imported receiving processes, controlling quality and stock levels. * Support administrative tasks during peak season (re-invoicing, credit notes, stock reconciliation). * Train new hires on auditing procedures during peak season. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Experience in administrative roles. * Intermediate Excel skills. * SAP knowledge required (MM module). * 1–2 years of experience in quality control and inventory management. **Work Schedule:** * Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:45, Friday 09:00–17:45. Lunch Break: 45 minutes Duration: Temporary service contract, Cause C, 6 months. Benefits: Meals and round-trip shuttle buses. Net Salary: $650,000.
