Job Summary: A Technical Support Analyst responsible for responding to customer requests, managing hydraulic systems, conducting field validation tests, and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and commercial support to internal and external customers. 2. Knowledge of hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems. 3. Conducting field validation tests for products. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST As a technical-commercial role, respond to internal/external customer requests from an operational perspective. Must possess knowledge of systems with simple hydraulic actuators, electro-hydraulic systems, cylinders, and pumps for fluid movement in equipment used both during installation and testing of fortification elements. Conduct field validation tests for products, providing technical support to ensure compliance with such tests under safety safeguards and quality standards. Effective communication with external/internal customers. Preferably, ability to interpret and generate drawings related to structures, fortification schematics, and basic geomechanical interpretation.
