Work mode: 100% remote \- LATAM coverage. Contract duration: 6 months, with potential extension. What will you do? Meet with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Understand current processes such as recruitment, performance management, payroll, etc., and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions. Configure modules including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Performance \& Goals, and Learning. Parameterize workflows, roles, permissions, and business rules, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices. Coordinate integrations with other systems (SAP Integration Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, OData, etc.). Manage data loads, migrations, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), training, and post-implementation support. Propose continuous system improvements and optimizations. What are we looking for? Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Senior level, 5+ years). Knowledge of configuration in: Admin Center, Business Rules, Workflows, RBP, MDF, and instance management (Dev, Test, Prod). Experience with at least one module: Core HR (Employee Central / Payroll) or Talent modules (Recruiting, Performance \& Goals, Compensation, etc.). Functional HR knowledge: employee lifecycle, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and organizational structures. Experience with integrations (SAP Integration Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, OData, SFTP). Data handling skills: XML, advanced CSV/Excel, and basic/intermediate OData Query. Knowledge of Data Models (SDM, CDM), MDF Objects, Picklists, and Foundation Objects. Experience in testing (UAT, SIT) and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Reporting knowledge (Ad Hoc Reports, ORD, People Analytics). Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile/Scrum, or ASAP methodologies (desirable).
