Document developments and ensure traceability of changes. **Technical Requirements** Proven experience in Salesforce development (minimum 2\-3 years). General knowledge of Salesforce architecture and Service Cloud. Experience integrating with financial systems. Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools. **Desirable Certifications:** Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Administrator Service Cloud Certification. **Soft Skills** Analytical thinking to understand banking processes and translate them into technical solutions.
