Collaborate in product development under strict quality standards. At MILAB, we are seeking a Senior Specialized Manufacturing Operator to support manufacturing stages, contributing to the production of products in accordance with manufacturing methods and compliance with deadlines, quality, safety and hygiene, environmental, and surrounding regulations established by the laboratory and applicable legal requirements. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 4 years of manufacturing work experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical laboratory. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) in Independencia. * Experience in comprehension, granulation, syrup manufacturing, mixing, tablet compression, packaging, raw material weighing, etc. Benefits: * Transportation allowance for commuting to residence. * Access to cafeteria.
